We are 93 miles from San Antonia, 75 miles from Austin and 103 miles from Houston.
The ranch consists of Live Oak, Post Oak, Pecan, Mesquite, Cedar trees and Yaupon brush.
Five Mile Creek runs though the middle of the ranch and is always wet.
The perimeter of the ranch was high fenced in 2003 and the construction of 5 breeding pens and 3 holding pens for our 1, 2 and 3 year old bucks was completed in early 2004.
The ranch has 7 – 4’X 6’ house blinds and 3 double tri-pod stands.
With 40 acres of food plots, 10 free choice protein feeders and Alfalfa feeders.
